Nursing Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Overall planning, supervision, and administration of nursing services
- Coordination of nursing services with other health care services
- Interfacing with physicians, insurance carriers, hospital case managers, patients, & families required
- Medical chart review audits; utilization review
Knowledge of:
- Certified Home Health state & federal regulatory compliance & accreditation standards
- Nursing assessment and clinical skills; high tech skills
Qualifications:
- BSN required, MSN preferred
- Minimum of two years certified home health experience required
- One year management experience in certified home health setting required
- Computer literate
